This 45 year old male had a customized TCA, Jessners peel. His chief complaint was bags under his eyes as well as the crepe (finely wrinkled) skin of his lower eyelids. He underwent a lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasty with a lower eyelid pinch. The post-operative photos are taken 5 weeks after surgery
