Case Details
This young man underwent an open rhinoplasty. The dorsal nasal hump was lowered and removed, osteotomies were performed as well as a tip plasty. He also had a deviated nasal septum causing nasal breathing obstruction. A septoplasty was performed to straighten the nasal septum which resulted in better breathing.
