This 50 year-old man presents with a genetically obese neck. At 6 foot 4 inches tall and weighing less than 200 pounds, he is far from obese but his heavy neck fat distorts his appearance causing him to look overweight. The after photo was taken just 24 hours following a lower face and neck lift using both closed as well as open liposuction in addition to direct fat excision to sculpt his neck. Furthermore, a lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed.
