This 40ish year-old nurse desired upper eyelid rejuvenation. While her drooping eye brow contributes to the aging appearance of the region, we choose to first perform an upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) alone. A secondary brow lift (performed as a second stage surgery at a later time), is an option for patients who also possess brow ptosis (drooping) of greater severity and overall contribution to the aging eyes appearance.
