This 42 year old female presents with a chief complaint of a tired appearance and looking older than her chronological age. She has heavy, hanging upper eyelids for most of her adult years that have a strong, genetically inherited influence. In addition she is not satisfied with her lower eyelids as they are not smooth and appear sunken in. After thorough consultation we scheduled a bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty, bilateral lower eyelid volume replacement using the hyaluronic acid filler, Belotero and a periorbital chemical peel. The pre and post-operative photos here are taken 3 months apart.
