This young woman was unhappy with what she felt was a tired appearance to her eyes. While her eyebrow does has a lower sitting, we choose to perform a conservative upper eyelid lift. (Blepharoplasty) only. I find this safe and effective treatment to work well in many women who do technically have brow drooping (ptosis). Performing an upper eyelid lift (Blepharoplasty), first, and foregoing a brow-lift, possibly for the future, burns no bridges for eyebrow surgery, as an eyelid lift or blepharoplasty and a brow lift, are well-suited to be a two-staged rejuvenation. Performed apart, the results may very-well be even better.
