This pleasant female in her 50s is shown five weeks after undergoing an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. I understand the patient is wearing make-up in the postoperative photographs which is somewhat distracting. However, if you look at the upper eyelids and lower eyelids postoperatively you can clearly see the you loose skin that existed preoperatively, has been removed well and the contour of the upper lid is now sharp and clean. Likewise, the lower eyelid excess skin has been removed and the contour of the lower eyelids is significantly improved.
