This pleasant woman was unhappy with bags under her lower eyelids. She admits that the bags are causing her a tired and old appearance. She does not feel tired and she has good energy. She cannot cover the bags with makeup and she understands that there are few, if any, reasonable, effective and long term aesthetic results to treat her lower eyelids, except for undergoing a lower eyelid transconjunctival Blepharoplasty. Ultimately, she did choose to undergo a bilateral lower eyelid trans conjunctival blepharoplasty with removal of a pinch of skin
