This gentleman previously underwent upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty performed by another surgeon. In the preoperative photo seen here, this is a primary (first surgery) post-op upper and lower blepharoplasty. The patient was not satisfied. Under my care, after undergoing upper and lower eyelid surgery as well as periorbital CO2 laser resurfacing, the patient is seen here three months postoperatively. He continues to have mild redness associated with the post CO2 laser healing. This will resolve in the ensuing weeks.
