This 72-year-old female, previously underwent lower face and neck lift in the years past. This Is her second lower face lift. As you can see, the vector of direction that the previous surgeon pulled this patient’s skin is unnatural. During this procedure, once the skin flaps were lifted they were redirected into a more natural direction and resulting in a better appearance.
