This pleasant 62-year-old female previously underwent a mini-facelift approximately eight years ago, performed by a different surgeon. She presents to our clinic desiring to tighten her loose, drooping neck skin as well as lift and tighten the lax skin along her jaw line and lower face. She has some less than ideal scarring around her ears, resulting from the previous procedure. Dr. Mitchell ultimately performed a lower face and neck lift. This surgery was comfortably performed using tumescent local anesthesia, as well as, oral anti-anxiety medication.
